Pay & wages
PlaćaIn short
1You must get last month’s pay by the 15th of the month at the latest.
2With your pay you must get a payslip, on paper or by email.
3If your pay is late, you have the right to ask for it. It is not your fault.
When do I get paid?
Your employer must pay you for the previous month by the 15th of the following month at the latest. If your contract says an earlier date, that date applies.
What is on a payslip?
The payslip shows how many hours you worked, your overtime, gross and net pay, and how much was paid for your pension and health insurance. Keep every payslip.
